I am trying (again!) to include lots of super foods in my diet, especially oats. Being as I’m not a great fan of porridge, something about the gloopy texture, I thought the breakfast bars from ‘Nigella Express’ would be good to make.
Do try them if you haven’t, they’re simply delicious and so incredibly moreish.
But that got me to thinking…..whilst I’m reading my books about superfoods….. why are funfetti cake and Reeses peanut butter cups not included? They’re definitely super foods!!
