Any recipe that gives such marvelous results with such a minimum amount of time and effort on my part gets a big thumbs up from me!
I also need to hold my hands up…yes, I too, have been known to buy a certain brand of Yorkshire puddings advertised on the TV, why I don’t know, when it’s so easy to make the real thing!

Here’s the recipe:

Just under 1 mug plain flour
1 mug of milk
1 egg.

Mix ingredients together with a pinch of salt.
Place into a 12 hole shallow muffin tin into which you have previously heated a little oil in each compartment.
Place in the top of the oven. Cook for 14 mins at 220deg.C.

That’s IT. Seriously. Make them this Sunday – you’ll be glad you did!
