  1. I love apricot chicken! This looks somewhat like an Asian version? I can only imagine that it tasted delicious. I was given a jar of apricot jam as a gift, though the jam was not properly set and I'm trying to think of ways to use it in cooking! A whole jar of jam sounds like a lot though! But good on you for trying a new recipe 🙂


  2. this actually sounds like something I do make quite often, but usually with chicken legs or sth! i actually like the darker colour more, looks caramelised and yummy!
