Yesterday I made vine leaves stuffed with a minced meat, rice, tomato and onion mixture. An old family recipe that we grew up with, back in the days when people looked at us with horrified faces when we told them, yes, you are eating LEAVES!
Ha ha, how times have changed…..back then, the only place we could get olive oil was in a small glass bottle from the Chemist!
