Nigella’s Bang Bang Turkey salad

This salad has the most amazing peanutty sauce, reminiscent of satay, I think it’s my most favourite salad ever! I made it when I fist bought Nigella Lawson’s book ‘Feast’, which has remained my most loved cookbook of all time.

It’s the colours that make me love this photo, that and the fact that you can feel it doing you good almost just by looking at the screen – think of all those vitamins, minerals and anti-oxidants, it’s just bursting with them!

My favorites would have to be the black bean salad and the cream cheese peppermint brownies – the colors and textures are incredible! I'm a wee bit jealous that brownies can turn out so beautiful 🙂
