Hi Anna, I came across your blog when looking for the Kokkinisto recipe my mum makes. I am also from London but mum is from Arradippou Larnaca. I also cook most of my mums recipes and passionate about food. My kids love the Kleftico and Sheftalia recipe. Anyway great to meet someone with the same passion for food. Thanks Nick
